Heavy Large round washer. These washers are punched from cold rolled solid brass muntz metal (60:40) sheet, giving them superior strength and durability.
A washer will help distribute the load applied to the parent material when fastening a nut or bolt. The distribution will reduce the of damage to the parent material and allows for increased torque to be applied to the fastener, thus reducing the risk of loosening.
It can also be used to aid in blocking an oversize hole.
These are a heavy duty washer punched from thicker material.
